Our Miami team is currently located inside Saks Fifth Avenue in Bal Harbour Shops, and we're excited to be opening our brand new standalone clinic in Sunset Harbour this Fall. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and help build the next chapter of SKINNEY in South Florida.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, Florida licensed Medical Esthetician with a current laser certification who is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate is confident performing consultations, recommending comprehensive treatment plans, and delivering outstanding results through advanced aesthetic treatments. They thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment and are motivated by performance, client satisfaction, and professional growth.

We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Medical Estheticians for our Miami team.

Responsibilities
• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
• Laser Hair Removal
• Body Contouring (CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo, and other technologies)
• Customized Facials
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Skin Rejuvenation Treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment expectations, home care, and maintenance plans
• Recommend treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products based on each client's goals
• Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals
• Collaborate with providers and front desk to deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and adhere to company protocols
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards
• Stay current on new technologies, products, and industry trends

Qualifications
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Esthetician in a medical spa or luxury spa preferred
• Experience performing laser hair removal required
• Experience with body contouring technologies such as CoolSculpting, Emsculpt Neo, or similar devices preferred
• Experience performing advanced aesthetic treatments including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized facials
• Strong consultation, retail, and package sales skills
• Previous experience working toward sales goals and KPIs preferred
• Experience using Boulevard is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
