Younger SKIN Everyday Spa is seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare services while creating a relaxing, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
The Esthetician will perform customized facial treatments, skincare services, waxing, lash and brow enhancements, and other spa treatments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care.
Perform professional facial treatments customized to each client's skin needs.
Provide skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products.
Perform advanced skincare services such as dermaplaning, microneedling, and other approved treatments (based on certification and licensing).
Provide waxing services and lash/brow treatments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment area following spa safety standards.
Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations.
Create a relaxing and positive spa experience.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat appointments.
Promote spa services, packages, and retail skincare products.
Follow all spa policies, procedures, and professional standards.
