Master Aesthetician at West Seattle Medspa - Laser Experience Required - Part-Time

We are seeking a licensed Master Aesthetician who is skilled, professional, and passionate about skin health and aesthetic medicine. Experience with with microneedling and laser required. Forever Young Aesthetics is a physician assistant led medspa practice in West Seattle which is focused on luxury, concierge treatments. We specialize in advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments designed to rejuvenate, restore, and promote relaxation while giving you more confidence at any age. We are among the most modern medspa’s in Seattle, where confidence begins with expert personal care. This role is perfect for someone who already has a client base who would be seen in West Seattle.

Responsibilities
• Perform medical-grade treatments including:
• Operate lasers confidently (Rohrer Aesthetics Laser - Spectrum experience preferred)
• Laser Hair Reduction
• Laser: IPL
• Laser: Tattoo Reduction
• Laser: Long Pulse Yag
• Laser: Erbium Yag
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peel
• Conduct patient consultations
• Customize treatment plans and patient packages
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Upsell and cross-sell aesthetic services and skincare
• Support patients post-care
• Create weekly content for social media

Qualifications
• WA State Master Aesthetician License (required)
• Laser certification required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with computer charting and scheduling

Compensation
• Variable: Minimum wage (Currently $21.30 per hour or 30% Commission whichever is higher)
• 15% commission on retail product sales
• Tips available
• MUST be flexible on hours
• Part-time position

Expected hours: 8 –16 per week
