Role Description As a full-time Manicurist at Organic Nail Bar Fairfax, you will provide professional manicures, pedicures, and nail care services to clients in an on-site, salon setting in Fairfax, VA. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients on desired services, shaping and caring for nails, applying polish and enhancements, and creating nail art designs as requested. You will maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards, prepare and clean workstations, and follow all salon protocols. The role also involves delivering friendly, attentive customer service, recommending appropriate services and products, and assisting with appointment flow as needed. Consistent punctuality, teamwork, and a professional appearance are expected.

Qualifications
• Strong nail care skills, including manicures, pedicures, and general nail health knowledge
• Proficiency in nails and nail art techniques, such as shaping, polishing, and design application
• Background in cosmetology or formal nail technician training, with relevant licensure as required by Virginia state regulations
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build positive client relationships
• Attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, and ability to follow safety protocols
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced salon environment, and manage multiple appointments
• Reliability, professionalism, and willingness to work weekends and peak hours as needed
