Are you a talented or beginning Lash Technician who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful? We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Lash Artist to join our fast-growing salon. Whether you're experienced or a newer artist eager to grow, we provide a supportive environment where your skills can thrive. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We train you!

Job Type:
• Full-Time (Part-Time available for experienced lash artists)
• Commission + Tips + Hourly

What You'll Do:
• Apply classic, hybrid, volume, and mega-volume lash extensions
• Perform lash fills, removals, and lash consultations
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional workspace
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
• Recommend retail products and additional beauty services when appropriate
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices

What We're Looking For:
• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (required by state law)
• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the beauty industry and client satisfaction

Compensation:

$20-$35+ per hour on average including commission and tips (top artists earn significantly more)
