Responsibilities



Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and artistry.
Apply advanced techniques including nail extensions, gel polish application, and intricate nail designs.
Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and care routines based on individual needs.
Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and industry innovations to offer cutting-edge services.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and foster long-term relationships.

Experience



Proven experience working as a manicurist or nail technician within the beauty industry.
Knowledge of sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and safety protocols essential for maintaining hygiene compliance.
Familiarity with cosmetology practices including body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and barbering is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele.
Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques to promote products effectively.
Basic understanding of retail math for sales transactions and inventory management is advantageous.
