Licensed Cosmetologist / Head Spa Technician

Willow Head Spa is looking for a warm, professional, and highly reliable licensed cosmetologist to join our team as a Head Spa Technician. We are hiring for both a part-time position for Saturday, Sunday. As we grow, your hours can grow if wanted.

This role is about much more than performing a service. We are looking for someone who can create an exceptional guest experience — someone who is intuitive, calming, attentive, and able to make each guest feel comfortable, cared for, and deeply relaxed.

The number one requirement for this role is reliability.

We need someone who shows up for every scheduled shift and is on time every time. Reliability is non-negotiable.

Requirements
• Must hold a current cosmetology license
• Must be highly dependable and punctual
• Must have great communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to read people well and adjust your approach to help guests feel comfortable, safe, and at ease
• Must have a calm, professional, and polished presence
• Must be able to follow service protocols, maintain consistency, and deliver a high-quality guest experience

• Able to pick up on guest comfort levels and respond accordingly
• Makes guests feel relaxed, welcome, and well cared for
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Comfortable working in a luxury spa environment
• Prior salon, spa, wellness, massage, or guest-care experience is a plus

Responsibilities
• Perform head spa services according to Willow Head Spa protocols
• Create a calming, welcoming, and elevated experience for every guest
• Help guests feel comfortable throughout the service
• Communicate clearly and professionally before, during, and after appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful treatment space
• Support the team in delivering a consistent, high-end guest experience
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to care for guests each day

Schedule
• Part - time with possiblity to move to full time
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays

Pay
• $25 per hour base pay
• Our current technicians range from $25-70/hour with tips
