Arrow is offering a $1,000 Hiring Bonus for our North Raleigh location at Colonnade Shopping Center. Our demand currently far exceeds our supply, so we're offering $1,000 to help us meet our demand.

Our top full-time team members all made over $100K (gross) in 2025. Many others made over $80K

We pay quarterly bonuses. With bonuses, our best team members make 60% commission.

We guarantee MINIMUM pay of $1,000 PER WEEK during each of your first six weeks to make sure your transition is smooth.
