SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking a Salon Manager who leads with confidence, develops talent, and delivers outstanding guest experiences. If you enjoy coaching, motivating, and creating a high‑performance salon culture, this is the ideal role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily salon operationsProvide exceptional guest servicesCoach and develop stylists to grow clienteleDrive profitability and retail performanceRecruit, hire, train, and support staffHandle staff relations and client concernsDeliver all SmartStyle haircare servicesQualifications:

Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber LicenseFlexible schedule (evenings/weekends)Leadership and customer service skillsAbility to motivate and develop othersStrong communication and basic administrative skillsPhysical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicalsCompensation & Benefits:

Average earnings of $25–$45/hr.
