Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments and enhancing the overall client experience through your expertise and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Sanitate all tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, techniques, and products.
• Assist with nail threading and styling as needed, ensuring clients receive comprehensive beauty services.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to provide clients with suitable color options for their nails.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of retail math to effectively manage sales transactions.
• Familiarity with Nail DESIGN is a plus.
• Proficiency in nail styling techniques is desirable but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
