Duties



Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance techniques.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments.
Assist in retail sales by utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory and promote products.
Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to enhance client experience.

Skills



Proficient in nail care techniques, including body waxing and color theory.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of cosmetology principles related to hair extensions and esthetic laser treatment is a plus.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with excellent sanitation practices to ensure client safety.
A passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning in nail technology.
