As an Esthetician, you will

Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are workingCarry Esthetics liability insuranceAdhere to state and local licensing laws and regulationsProvide world class client experience to our guests and valued members by performing top-level servicesDesign and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goalsCreate an excellent experience through your friendly and helpful attitudeEffectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staffAchieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadershipParticipate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
