Licensed Massage Therapist - Weekly Friday Shift

Equilibrium is an evidence-based interdisciplinary clinic providing chiropractic, acupuncture and massage services. We are looking for a deep tissue therapist to round out our clinical team on Fridays each week. It is important that someone in this position be very comfortable and physically capable of performing 5 to 6 deep-tissue massages per shift. This position offers an opportunity to work in a client-focused setting on a team that maintains high standards of professionalism and care.

Starting pay is between $35-$41 per completed massage, plus tips. Starting pay is dependent on experience and skill level.
• This position is responsible for working as part of a cohesive clinical team. Daily work includes 60-minute therapeutic massages, sanitation, charting, and laundry. You can expect to be valued and appreciated as a medical level therapist.
• Applicants must be able to work Fridays on an ongoing basis. Each shift will include up to six 60-minute massages, with 15 minutes between patients and a 30 minute meal break after the third patient.
• Applicants also must be able to attend four staff meetings annually. These meetings are held quarterly on a Wednesday evening, with dates announced months in advance.

You must be licensed as a massage therapist in the state of Oregon and have malpractice insurance through an accredited and reputable insurance company to apply for this position.
