Duties
• Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, acrylic nails, and nail extensions with precision and artistry.
• Provide additional beauty treatments including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain strict salon safety protocols by following sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure a positive experience.
• Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, or hair accessories to boost sales while educating clients on their benefits.
• Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, and new treatment methods to continually elevate service quality.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in manicure and pedicure services.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with strong skills in nail care techniques including gel manicures, acrylic application, and nail extensions.
• Knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with color theory for creative nail art designs and advanced treatments like dermabrasion or laser therapy is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to engage clients confidently and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments seamlessly.

Pay: $10.70 - $50.00 per hour
