Licensed Hair Stylists/Barbers with salon experience

Haircolorxperts is a premier full service hair salon with two locations that has been in business for over 15 years. We are a locally owned and operated business that prides ourselves on our guest service and team environment. We are looking for a team member who is customer service oriented, has good communication skills, and values advanced education.

We are looking for someone who is interested in growing with like minded individuals.

Duties include:
• Greeting guests, answering phones, and offering beverage services.
• Cutting, trimming, and styling hair according to the guests style goals.
• Coloring utilizing various techniques to achieve guests desired looks.
• Maintaining a clean and professional salon environment.
• Upselling services that are complementary to the clients' needs.
• Helping guests choose retail products to maintain hair needs.
• Helping other team members with tasks as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests to walk in and shop.

Skills:
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well with your hands and ability to learn new skills quickly if needed.
• Professional attitude at all times while being able to interact with customers of all ages and different types of personalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32,615.00 - $63,251.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
