Goldensita is a boutique holistic skin and wellness studio focused on skin longevity, facial therapy, and whole-body wellness. Our philosophy blends advanced aesthetics with manual facial therapies, lymphatic drainage, and a root-cause approach to skin health. As we continue to expand, we are planning to build a luxury wellness destination unlike anything else in Northeast Florida.

What You'll Do
• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's unique skin concerns.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through education and exceptional care.

Perform services such as:
• Customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• LED therapy
• Lymphatic facial massage
• Facial sculpting
• Buccal massage (training provided if needed)
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend professional home care.
• Maintain detailed client treatment notes and progress photos.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Support retail sales through education rather than pressure.
• Participate in ongoing training, team education, and professional development.
• Contribute ideas and help shape the future growth of Goldensita.

Qualifications
• Active Florida Facial Specialist or Esthetician License.
• Experience performing facials and recommending skincare products.
• Experience with dermaplaning, chemical peels, and advanced treatments is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bed side manners
• Has some established clientele
