Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. Duties
• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, microblading, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and professionalism.
• Conduct specialized cosmetic procedures such as lip blush tattooing, eyeliner pigment application, permanent makeup, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control standards, and sanitation protocols to guarantee client safety.
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, explain treatment options clearly, and recommend personalized skincare routines or cosmetic enhancements.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skin health maintenance, and product recommendations to maximize results.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout all treatments in compliance with health regulations.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques such as color theory applications for makeup or advanced esthetic treatments, and ongoing professional development.

Skills
• Proven expertise in lip blush tattooing, microblading, permanent makeup application, eyeliner pigment application, and other cosmetic tattooing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of tattooing and piercing safety regulations along with infection control practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Proficiency in performing aesthetic treatments including body waxing, hair threading, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments.
• Deep understanding of skin anatomy and color theory to deliver natural-looking results tailored to each client’s features.
• Experience using EMR systems for managing client records securely and efficiently.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare products and services while confidently promoting sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of medical records management related to aesthetic procedures for compliance purposes.
