Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and treatments
• Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized service plans
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon
• Educate clients on at-home hair care and product recommendations
• Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and professionalism
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon culture

Qualifications
• Active North Carolina Cosmetology License
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for education, growth, and staying current with industry trends
• Experience with extensions, blonding, grey blending, or specialty services is a plus but not required
