The Role

Responsibilities
Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, and skin laser treatments( Clear & Brilliant). Conduct consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans.
Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and demonstrating product demos to enhance client results.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Utilize salon software like Mango Mint for appointment scheduling, client records management, and point-of-sale transactions.
Engage actively with clients via social media to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
Proven experience in skincare treatments including facial therapies, dermabrasion, laser procedures such as Clear & Brilliant.
Excellent communication skills to educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations effectively.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for esthetic practices.
Experience with retail sales techniques including upselling and product demos to maximize client satisfaction.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
