Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Esthetician role based in Tampa, FL. The Esthetician will provide professional skin care services, including facials, treatments, and personalized skin assessments, while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include performing hair removal services, recommending appropriate home-care products, and educating clients on proper skin care routines. The role also involves delivering attentive customer service, supporting retail sales of skincare and beauty products, and accurately documenting services and client preferences. The Esthetician will collaborate with the academy team to uphold service quality, support training activities when needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive client experience.

Qualifications



Proficient in Skin Care services, including facials, treatments, and skin analysis.Skilled in Hair Removal techniques (e.g., waxing, tweezing, or other approved methods).Background in Cosmetology or Esthetics, with knowledge of current beauty and wellness trends.Strong Customer Service abilities, with a focus on clear communication and client comfort.Sales skills to recommend and promote appropriate skincare and beauty products.Current Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of Florida, in good standing.Commitment to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in all services provided.Ability to work part-time, including evenings or weekends as needed, and to stand for extended periods.Professional, respectful, and inclusive approach when working with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
