Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and personable Esthetician to join our dynamic team at our wellness and beauty center. The Esthetician will be responsible for delivering personalized services that meet clients’ aesthetic goals while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer care.


Responsibilities



Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments
Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers in accordance with licensing regulations
Manage retail sales by recommending products suited to clients’ skin types and preferences
Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and post-treatment care
Maintain strict sanitation standards in all treatment areas and tools to ensure client safety
Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY
Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers
Assist at the front desk with guest services, check-ins, and overall client experience enhancements
Upsell additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities
Stay current with industry trends including color theory, makeup techniques, tattooing, and med spa innovations

Skills



Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician with relevant certifications for advanced treatments such as Botox or laser therapy
Strong management skills for handling appointments, client records, and retail inventory
Proficiency in salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY; experience with salon software is preferred
Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and provide exceptional customer service
Experience in social media management to promote the salon’s brand and engage with clients online
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff
Skilled in various beauty techniques including hair styling, nail care, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application
Familiarity with medical spa procedures such as dermal fillers or esthetic laser treatments is advantageous
Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor in a hospitality-focused environment
