Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through personalized consultations and tailored treatments.

Duties
• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and body treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide recommendations for home care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment room and work areas to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Engage with clients to provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
• Upsell additional services and products based on client needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
• Participate in product demos and promotions to educate clients about new offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Skills
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Ability to effectively upsell services and products while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to clients.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• Able to retain clients and rebook services consistently.
• A passion for skincare and beauty, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 24 per week
