Your Career Path

You'll begin by becoming an important part of our client experience team, learning how our spa operates while building relationships with the clients who walk through our doors every day.

As you begin performing esthetic services and your client schedule grows, you'll gradually transition from front desk responsibilities into spending more of your time providing treatments.

What You'll DoFront Desk & Client Experience
• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Check clients in and out efficiently.
• Process payments and memberships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Support daily spa operations and assist teammates as needed.
• Help create an outstanding experience from the moment clients arrive until they leave.

Esthetic Services

As your schedule grows, you'll have the opportunity to perform esthetic services while building clientele.

Responsibilities may include:
• Performing professional skincare treatments.
• Educating clients on skincare routines and treatment plans.
• Recommending products and services based on each client's goals.
• Building lasting client relationships that encourage repeat visits.
• Continuing your education and expanding your skills.

• Licensed as an Esthetician in Nebraska (or graduating soon).
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
• Professional and dependable.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Motivated to build a long-term career.
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending services.
• A positive team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive work environment.
• Passionate about health, wellness, skincare, and helping others feel confident.

Previous spa, hospitality, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
