Our team has the opportunity to earn substantial daily bonuses on top of hourly pay by hitting sales goals.

Top performers regularly add $100–$500+ per shift based on sales.


This is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy client interaction, upselling, and building relationships.


Bonus structure will be explained during training.


What You’ll Do



Consult with clients & provide excellent service
Perform/assist with services (UV tanning, airbrush tanning, teeth whitening, facials, waxing, etc.)
Perform eyelash extensions (full sets & fills)
Maintain a clean, organized salon at all times (cleanliness and attention to detail are non-negotiable)
Open and close the salon independently
Sanitize equipment and treatment areas
Promote packages, services & products
Assist with daily social media posting/content

Requirements



Must be able to work both Brooklyn locations (Williamsburg & Marine Park)
Flexible schedule (including mornings, evenings & weekends)
Strong customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset
Must be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision

For Estheticians/Cosmetologists:



Valid NY State Esthetician or Cosmetology License REQUIRED
Eyelash extension experience REQUIRED — must be confident performing full sets and fills
Willingness to learn advanced services (body contouring, etc.)
