Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lash Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will specialize in enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other aesthetic treatments. Your enthusiasm for beauty, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help create a memorable experience for every guest while promoting our salon’s reputation for quality and care.

Responsibilities
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Perform complementary aesthetic treatments such as brow shaping, tinting, and lash lifts.
• Educate clients on lash aftercare and product recommendations to maintain their look.
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all procedures.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or similar systems.
• Upsell retail products related to lash care and other beauty services to enhance client results.
• Build strong relationships through clear communication, understanding individual preferences, and delivering personalized service.

Requirements
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry, especially with eyelash extensions and aesthetic treatments.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetician practices, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control standards.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience with social media management to promote services and engage clients is a plus.
• Ability to perform additional beauty services like hair styling, body waxing, or dermal fillers is advantageous.

Pay: $25.83 - $31.11 per hour
