Responsibilities
• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing services (body waxing), and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend personalized skincare routines and aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
• Educate clients on skincare products through engaging product demos, makeup applications, and retail sales strategies to enhance their beauty regimen.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, communicating treatment options clearly, and ensuring a relaxing experience.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sanitizing tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Assist clients with additional services such as nail care or deep tissue massage when appropriate, promoting holistic wellness.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in skincare, spa services, and aesthetic treatments to provide expert advice and up-to-date recommendations.

Requirements
• Valid licensure as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with certification in esthetic laser treatment preferred.
• Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, waxing services (including body waxing), and other aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, spa services, and aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse clients and explain treatment benefits clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Ability to promote retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.
• Passion for the beauty industry with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques like makeup application.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
