La Plaza Colorado is a vibrant new marketplace located at 15200 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO, featuring 168 vendor stalls, 24 kitchens, a bar, a family entertainment center, and a full-service hair & nail salon. Compensation
• Commission-based pay, with your rate determined by experience level and whether you use our salon's products or bring your own
• More experienced professionals and those supplying their own product line earn a higher commission rate
• High walk-in volume means consistent opportunities to build your client base and earnings quickly

Duties
• Perform hair services (cuts, color, styling, blowouts, treatments) and/or nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements), depending on your specialty
• Apply and remove gel polish, acrylics, and other professional nail systems, and/or provide professional hair coloring and chemical services
• Create custom nail art, hairstyles, and high-quality designs on trend with current styles
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following industry standards
• Educate clients on proper hair and nail care and recommend products
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong technical skills in your specialty — hair (cutting, coloring, styling) and/or nails (gel systems, acrylic application, color theory)
• Creative ability to design custom looks and stay on trend
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
• Retail or add-on service sales experience is a plus
• Colorado licensure as a Cosmetologist or Nail Technician
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
