Role Description

The Licensed Esthetician/Waxing Specialist will provide professional hair removal services with a strong emphasis on brow shaping and body waxing. This part-time, on-site position is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

This role is responsible for conducting client consultations, performing waxing services, educating clients on aftercare and maintenance, recommending retail products, and maintaining a clean and sanitary treatment environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about client care, values continuous learning, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
• Perform brow shaping, facial waxing, and body waxing services with precision and consistency
• Conduct thorough client consultations and provide personalized recommendations
• Educate clients on aftercare, home maintenance, and product usage
• Recommend retail products and additional services when appropriate
• Manage appointment flow efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Maintain treatment rooms and studio spaces according to sanitation standards
• Uphold all studio policies, service protocols, and The Brow Slayer Standard
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and team meetings
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative studio culture

Qualifications
• Current Oklahoma Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Strong skills in hair removal, brow shaping, and skincare services
• 2+ years of waxing or esthetics experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and consultation skills
• Comfortable recommending products, services, and treatment plans
• Knowledge of sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards
• Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
• Experience with booking software and technology preferred
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development
