Overview

Med-Loss Wellness & Aesthetics is looking for a passionate, motivated, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. Responsibilities
• Perform professional esthetic services including:
• Customized facials
• Dermaplaning
• Facial and body waxing
• Brow and lash tinting
• Chemical peels
• Microdermabrasion
• Microneedling (if certified/trained)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop customized treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals.
• Educate clients on home skincare routines and recommend professional skincare products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies while following all sanitation and infection control protocols.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after appointments.
• Schedule appointments, document treatments, and maintain client records using our appointment management software.
• Assist with social media content when appropriate by capturing before-and-after photos and promoting services.
• Work alongside our medical team to coordinate aesthetic treatment plans when appropriate.
• Stay current with industry trends and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications
• Current Texas Esthetician License required.
• Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, or aesthetic practice preferred.
• Experience performing facials, dermaplaning, waxing, chemical peels, and other skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, product ingredients, and treatment recommendations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using scheduling and client management software.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
• Microneedling
• Hydrafacial or similar treatments
• Brow and lash services
• Retail skincare sales
• Medical spa experience
