Licensed Esthetician and Wax Specialist

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. Maintained client/provider relationship is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through your expertise in various beauty services.

Responsibilities

· Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including Classic and Clinical facials, dermaplane, body waxing and body treatments

· Deliver high-quality customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing tailored recommendations.

· Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experiences and promote business growth.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

· Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide informed advice to clients.

· Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services, ensuring repeat visits.

Qualifications

· Valid esthetician license from an accredited institution.

· Strong skills in customer service with a focus on hospitality.

· Proficiency in body waxing.

· Ability to effectively upsell services recommend and sell products while maintaining a positive client experience.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

· A passion for beauty and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
