Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair threading, and tattooing with precision and care.
Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options to promote healthy skin habits.
Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client information thoroughly.
Assist in sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and retail items to enhance client results and satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certification requirements to continually elevate service quality.
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
Experience performing a variety of esthetic services including skin care treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermabrasion.
Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control procedures, and safety standards.
Proficiency in using EMR systems for recordkeeping and appointment management.
Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancement techniques.
Ability to perform specialized procedures such as esthetic laser treatments and tattooing if certified.
