We are seeking a talented and licensed Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities



Provide a range of cosmetology services including hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatment, and dermabrasion.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client experience and boost sales.
Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing top-notch guest services.

Requirements



Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice.
Proven experience in cosmetology services including hair styling, makeup application, and skin treatments.
Familiarity with salon software systems such as MINDBODY is preferred.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
Ability to perform specialized treatments such as tattooing, deep tissue massage, or straight razor techniques is desirable.
A background in hospitality or med spa experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
