We are seeking a part-time Licensed Aesthetician/ Laser Professional who is passionate about skincare, client education, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and thrives in a professional team setting. This position will start as two days a week, with Monday being one of those days.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
• Assist with laser, microneedling, and PRP procedures (if trained or certified).
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans for each client.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room at all times.
• Follow proper sanitation and infection control standards.
• Cross-promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.

Qualifications
• Active Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology License (required).
• Active Texas Laser Hair Removal Professional License (required).
• 3+ years of experience in a spa, salon, or med spa setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and medical-grade skincare.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Able to recommend products and services
• Confident selling, upselling and closing sales
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team environment.
• Experience with SkinBetter, Isdin, Boulevard/Jane, HydraFacial, Aerolase & Clear & Brilliant (preferred but not required).
• Social Media/ Content Creation preferred.
