Duties
• Effectively communicate and connect professionally with each new client as one of the main faces of the company.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend personalized treatments
• Perform skincare services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermabrasion
• Deliver laser treatments safely and with precision
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend retail products
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards for all treatments and equipment

Qualifications
• Licensed esthetician in the state of Texas, with proven experience in facials and laser treatments
• Certified laser technician is a bonus
• Familiarity with advanced treatments (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion)
• Strong communication and client-care skills
• Committed to sanitation and safety standards
• Eager to learn and grow with the business

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
