License Esthetician / Lash and Brow Artist

Inner Beauty Studio is a beauty and wellness studio in Philadelphia dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through results-driven treatments and exceptional client care. We are seeking a talented Lash Lift & Brow Specialist who is passionate about natural beauty, client experience, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional specializing in lash lifts, lash tinting, brow shaping, brow tinting, and brow lamination. The ideal candidate is confident in their skills, values client relationships, and thrives in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. This is a Commission-based position + tips.

Responsibilities
• Perform lash lifts and lash tint services with precision and attention to detail
• Perform brow shaping, brow tinting, and brow lamination services
• Conduct thorough client consultations and customize services based on client goals
• Educate clients on aftercare and recommend retail products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection-control protocols
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience
• Capture before-and-after photos (with client consent) for marketing and social media
• Contribute to studio growth through client retention, referrals, and professional service

Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• Lash lift and brow lamination certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing lash and brow services
• Strong knowledge of lash and brow anatomy, shaping techniques, and product safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and continued education
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing clientele is a plus but not required
• Experience with booking software and client management systems
• Comfortable creating content for social media and showcasing work
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
