Responsibilities
• Perform eyelash extension applications, lash lifts, and other eye-enhancement treatments with precision and artistry
• Provide consultation to clients to recommend suitable lash styles and maintenance routines
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to health and safety protocols during all procedures
• Manage appointment scheduling using MINDBODY salon software
• Educate clients on aftercare, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product demos to continually elevate service quality
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting guests, managing inquiries, and supporting retail sales of beauty products
Skills
• Eyelash Extension experience - at least 1 year
• Strong management skills for handling appointments, client records, and retail sales effectively
• Proficiency with salon management software MINDBODY for scheduling and client tracking
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients and provide outstanding guest services
• CA Licensed Cosmotologist or Esthetician
• Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities
• Strong understanding of beauty servicves to enhance overall client satisfaction
