Gee Glow Beauty is a lash-focused beauty studio located in Manhattan, NYC. We are currently seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and growth-minded lash artist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced lash artist who values precision, retention quality, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in a high-standard, appointment-based studio.

Main Services
• Lash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume)
• Lash Lift

Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality lash extension services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume)
• Maintain sanitation and organized work stations
• Conduct client consultations and provide aftercare guidance
• Follow salon timing standards and service protocols
• Deliver consistent, retention-focused results
• Maintain professional and positive client communication

Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of lash extension experience
• Proficient in Classic, Hybrid, and Volume techniques
• New York State license or eligibility required
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional, punctual, and team-oriented
• Growth-minded and interested in long-term development
• Experience working with Asian eye shapes and lash types is a strong plus
