Saity Beauty Spa is looking for an experienced and passionate Lash & Brow Artist to join our team at our private spa in Pembroke Pines.

We are looking for an artist who truly loves what they do, takes pride in their work, continues learning and improving their techniques, and wants to grow with Saity Beauty Spa for the long term.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has professional experience, a strong portfolio, excellent client-care skills, and is ready to provide beautiful, consistent results.

Services

The ideal candidate should be experienced in classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, current and trending lash techniques, lash lifts and lash tints, as well as professional brow shaping/waxing, brow lamination and brow tinting. We value artists who stay current with industry trends and continuously improve their skills to provide the best possible experience and results for our clients.

Responsibilities
• Conduct an initial consultation with each client to understand their goals, preferences and needs
• Recommend appropriate services based on the client's natural lashes, brows and desired results
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
• Provide professional recommendations for future appointments and treatments
• Complete required client intake, consent, before-and-after documentation and service forms
• Take clear before-and-after photos when required
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment area
• Follow proper sanitation and hygiene practices
• Recommend and sell appropriate professional beauty products when beneficial for the client
• Provide excellent customer service during each appointment
• Represent the Saity Beauty Spa brand professionally
• Participate in Saity Beauty Spa's social media and content creation
• Be comfortable appearing in photos and videos for brand content when needed
• Collaborate with the Saity team to showcase services, results, beauty tips, trends and the client experience
• Help capture professional content related to your services and work

Qualifications

Required:
• Valid Florida license applicable to the services being performed
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in lash and brow services
• Strong portfolio of your own work
• Ability to provide photos of previous work
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable, punctual and responsible
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Genuine passion for the beauty industry
• Willingness to continuously learn and improve
• Fluent Spanish is required
• Comfortable participating in social media content and brand photography/video

Preferred:
• Conversational or fluent English
• Experience working with English-speaking clients
• Knowledge of current lash and brow trends and techniques
• Experience with consultations, aftercare education and product recommendations
• Comfortable being on camera and creating beauty-related content

Spanish is required because it is the primary language used within our team and for our day-to-day operations. English is preferred because Saity Beauty Spa also serves clients who speak English exclusively.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation + tips

Saity Beauty Spa provides the clients, professional products, supplies and materials needed to perform services.

Commission details are discussed during the interview.

Paid weekly, one week in arrears.

Part-time or full-time availability

We offer flexibility because all services are performed by appointment only. We are open to discussing availability with the right artist.
