As a growing, woman-owned med spa, we’re looking for a talented Lash & Brow Artist to join our team and help elevate our client outcomes and brand presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Esthetician specializing in lash and brow services. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a loyal clientele, and advanced social media experience. This is a commission-only role for a motivated professional ready to grow with our upscale med spa environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide premium lash services (extensions, lifts, tints, and maintenance) and brow services (shaping, tinting, lamination, henna, and maintenance)
• Deliver exceptional client consultations and personalized recommendations
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and sanitation
• Build and grow your existing clientele while attracting new clients through outstanding service and results
• Create and contribute to social media content (Reels, before/afters, educational posts) leveraging your advanced skills and platform
• Collaborate with our team to ensure a seamless client experience
• Accurately document services and follow-up care
• Uphold Colorado regulations and med spa best practices at all times

Qualifications
• Active Colorado Esthetician license (required)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in lash extensions and brow artistry
• Established clientele and proven track record of building/maintaining a loyal book of business
• Advanced social media skills with a strong personal brand and following
• Strong portfolio of work and client testimonials
• Excellent technique, attention to detail, and client service focus
• Passion for aesthetics and wellness
• Professional, warm, and team-oriented with outstanding communication skills
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
