What You’ll Do
• Perform professional lash extensions, lash lift & tints, brow laminations, facials, and waxing services and more.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s skin type and aesthetic goals
• Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment following esthetic protocols
• Provide follow-up care and active client communication (24–48 hours post-service)
• Promote weekly content on Instagram and Google—sharing process photos, client transformations, and specials
• Use social media channels regularly to book clients and build brand presence
• Collaborate with team members

Qualifications
• Valid Colorado Esthetician license
• Experience with lash extensions (classic- volume), lash lift and tints, brow laminations, facials, and waxing
• High-energy communicator with a friendly, upbeat demeanor
• Active on social media with willingness to create/promote content
• Reliable availability: Fridays and Saturdays required, plus 1–2 additional flexible days
• Bonus if you’re certified in microneedling, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermaplaning—preferred but it’s not required

JOB DESCRIPTION
• To excel in this position, the following responsibilities are essential:
• Complete and adhere to all front desk operations protocols. Proficiently handle front desk duties, including greeting clients in person or over the phone, accurately processing client transactions, and assisting service partners when needed.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lashes. Proficient in making hand fans
• Follow all esthetic operations protocols effectively.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and use before and after pictures to ensure client satisfaction. Document all treatments accurately on approved Lash and Company Electronic Devices.
• Ensure all client paperwork, including intake forms and treatment records are filled out completely and accurately. Safely store client records, including digital files such as before and after photos.
• Demonstrate a professional and courteous bedside manner.
• Follow up with clients 24-48 hours after service.
• Regularly solicit referrals and reviews from clients.
• Stay up-to-date on Lash and Company's treatments, protocols, and products.
• Embrace and integrate Lash and Company protocols, standards, and best practices.
• Attend Lash and Company training meetings.
• Provide appropriate skincare regimens and promote recommended products based on each client's unique needs. Our providers are knowledgeable and well-trained in the use of SkinBetter Science Skincare.
• Demonstrate strong service sales skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work space before, during, and after performing services. Contribute to overall spa cleanliness. Utilize company tools and checklists to ensure your work space meets Lash and Company's cleanliness standards.
• Adhere to the dress code and all guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including one closing shift and one weekend day.

Schedule
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays + 1–2 flexible days
