Position Overview

As a PMU Artist at Lash + Company, you will specialize in advanced permanent makeup services while also supporting additional esthetic services. You are expected to operate with a high level of professionalism, technical excellence, and attention to detail in every service you perform.

What You’ll Do
• Perform advanced PMU services, including brows (powder, combo, nano), lips, and eyeliner with precision and consistency
• Conduct thorough consultations, including mapping, color matching, and expectation setting
• Deliver exceptional before-and-after results that reflect proper pressure, symmetry, shape, and color theory
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and photo documentation
• Provide post-treatment follow-up and client care (24–48 hours after service)
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workspace in compliance with all protocols
• Perform additional services such as lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, facials, and waxing (as applicable)
• Actively build your clientele through social media, referrals, and client retention strategies
• Consistently create and share content showcasing your work, transformations, and expertise
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on PMU experience (non-negotiable)
• Proven expertise in PMU brows, lips, and eyeliner
• Must provide a complete professional portfolio, including clear before-and-after photos demonstrating:
• Proper depth and pressure
• Clean mapping and symmetry
• Strong shape design
• Correct color selection and healed results
• Active Colorado Esthetician License
• Strong consultation and client communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow both skillset and clientele
• Comfortable with self-promotion and social media marketing
• Experience with lash extensions (classic through volume), lash lifts, and brow laminations

Preferred (Not Required)
• Certifications in microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, or advanced skin treatments

• Maintain strict adherence to all sanitation and treatment protocols
• Accurately document all services and client interactions
• Actively request reviews and referrals to support business growth

Schedule Requirements
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays (required)
• Plus 1–2 additional flexible days
• Willingness to work one closing shift
