We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. This role requires a commitment to patient care, ensuring that each client receives personalized treatment tailored to their individual needs.

Duties
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate massage techniques and treatment plans.
• Provide various types of massage therapy, including trigger point therapy and pain management techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
• Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other health professionals in an occupational health setting when necessary.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.

Qualifications
• Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy practices.
• Experience in a med spa or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Familiarity with pain management techniques and trigger point therapy is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Valid massage therapy license as required by state regulations.
