Requirements
• Current Colorado Cosmetology or Esthetics License
• Minimum 24 hours per week (Part-Time)
• Positive attitude
• Team player
• Strong work ethic
• Passion for creating an incredible client experience

Compensation

$18–$40+/hour

Work Location: In person

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Skin Care and Cosmetology skills, including knowledge of treatments, products, and best practices.
• Candidates should possess Hair Removal skills, including safe and effective waxing or other hair removal techniques.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including comfort with recommending products and services to support client needs.
• Relevant state esthetician or cosmetology license required, with adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, manage appointment schedules, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Previous spa, salon, or clinic experience is beneficial, especially in a client-facing esthetician role.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development in the esthetics field.
