Position Type: Full-Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $16.00/hr. + Commission + Gratuities

Schedule: Varied

Compensation: $50 – $80+ per hour depending on the specific treatment provided.

*Includes $16/hr. wage + avg. commission + typical tips during hands-on time.*

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations to customize each guest's experienceRecommend and sell spa retail products with expert knowledgeUpsell services and promote spa packages/promotionsMaintain impeccable hygiene standards (sanitize tools/workspaces between guests)Restock treatment rooms with linens, products, and suppliesHandle laundry disposal and maintain clean common areasAccurately document guest preferences and service detailsManage email correspondence and timekeeping via UKG systemParticipate in sustainability initiatives (recycling, conservation)Uphold "End of the Line" problem-solving philosophyAttend training sessions and team meetingsAdhere to uniform standards and professional appearance guidelinesRequirements

Active Colorado Cosmetologist License (DORA)Certificate from accredited US cosmetology schoolProficiency in manicures/pedicures (natural & gel)Knowledge of facial treatments and waxingAbility to sanitize tools per state regulationsStrong guest consultation skillsBasic computer literacy (email, timekeeping via Paylocity)Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.Preferred Qualifications

6+ months in an upscale spa/resort environmentExperience with body treatments (scrubs, wraps)Expertise in advanced nail techniques (e.g., nail art, paraffin)Retail sales experience with spa product linesFluency in Spanish or other languages (for diverse guest needs)Passion for sustainability practices in spa operationsFlexibility for peak seasons, weekends, and holidaysCompensation & Benefits
