Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hairstylist based in Aurora, CO. The Hairstylist will be responsible for providing professional hair styling, cutting, and coloring services tailored to clients' needs. Additional duties include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation protocols, recommending appropriate hair care products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive salon atmosphere is also an essential part of this role.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Cosmetology with a valid cosmetology license.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with clients effectively and understand their needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and techniques, ensuring innovative and high-quality services.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to contribute positively to the salon environment.
• Previous salon experience is a plus, but early-career professionals with a passion for hair and beauty are encouraged to apply.
