Responsibilities
• Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
• Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application to elevate client satisfaction
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations
• Use salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and streamline daily operations
• Engage clients through effective communication about service options, retail product recommendations, and upselling opportunities
• Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth salon flow
• Mentor junior team members on techniques such as hair threading, barbering with straight razors, and store management practices

Qualifications
• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair care principles and color theory
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with proficiency in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques
• Familiarity with salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe salon environment
• Ability to perform a variety of services including hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, and retail sales
• Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
