Compensation
$18/hour starting pay plus competitive commission

What You'll Do
Perform a full range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and extensions
Provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations that genuinely serve each client's needs
Create an experience — not just a look — so every guest leaves feeling confident, seen, and beautiful
Assist at the front desk by welcoming clients, managing appointments, and supporting retail sales
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional station that reflects the quality of your work
Mentor and support fellow team members — we grow together here
What We're Looking For
Valid Colorado cosmetology license with experience in women's hair
Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and product education
A natural communicator who listens first and makes clients feel at ease
Someone who takes responsibility, pursues excellence, and never stops learning
Familiarity with Davines color and products is a big plus!
