Experienced Hair Stylist/Color Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and established Hair Stylist and/or colorist with an established clientele to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair styling techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist/Colorist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various hair care services. We’re a salon specializing in two distinct areas—styling and coloring. When you join us, you’ll be hired specifically for the area that best matches your strengths: either color or cut.


Duties



Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Utilize techniques for precision cuts and styles.
Apply hair extensions with skill and expertise to enhance client hairstyles.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Assist in retail sales by promoting hair care products that complement the services provided.

Experience



Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Cosmetologist or in a similar role within the beauty industry (Minimum 2 years experience).
Valid Cosmetology/Hairstyling/Barber license
Strong skills in hair styling, hair color, hair care, and retail sales are essential.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in hair care and styling techniques.
