We are seeking a talented and energetic Hairstylist/Cosmetologist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will bring your passion for hair styling, coloring, and beauty treatments to help clients look and feel their best. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing personalized care while fostering a positive salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions with precision and creativityOffer professional advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques tailored to each client’s needsUtilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficientlyMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas regularlyAssist clients with makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading to enhance their overall lookEngage in retail sales by upselling products like shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair treatments to meet client needsSupport store management with front desk duties, appointment bookings, and mentoring new team membersExperience

Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniquesKnowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment managementSkilled in hair extensions, color application including theory principles, and straight razor techniques for barbering servicesFamiliarity with sanitation protocols, retail math for upselling opportunities, and customer service excellenceExperience in providing eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care services, and hair threading preferredStrong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team membersAbility to manage store operations confidently while delivering exceptional client experiencesJoin us to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your talents will shine! Pay: $250.00 - $1,300.00 per day
