Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Hair Stylist & Color Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will providing hair styling services & cuts while also contributing to a positive salon atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to do what they love while also making a positive impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities:
• Provide professional hair coloring services, including consultations, color matching, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, toning, and color corrections.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look, assess their wig condition, and recommend appropriate color services and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary color station, including cleaning and disinfecting tools and equipment.
• Mix and apply hair color products according to salon standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client service notes and communicate recommendations for at-home care and future appointments.

Qualifications:
• Stylist experience at a reputable salon
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help others
• Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
• Wig experience on NOT needed, we will train
• Cosmetologist license is NOT required

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
